According to the official definition, a Digital Twin is a virtual copy of the real world.

For us, the digital twin is clearly a two-point model, where the digital and physical worlds are taken into practical everyday use by enhancing the utilization of companies' own data. VALTO360° works as a virtual operating and reporting tool for areas with space and targeted information that requires a lot of attention and review.

VALTO does not replace the customer's own information systems, it gathers the information scattered in the company's different systems to the point where it is needed. Regardless of time and place.

VALTO IN PRACTICE

VALTO is available on all common devices and browsers. Viewing the object through the browser and acquiring information about POIs is done by moving in the visual environment, and in the physical real world information can be accessed from QR and RFiD stickers. Different industries and tasks can have their own levels where only those parts and POIs are visible to those who need the information

VALTO IMPLEMENTATION

A digital, interactive copy of the production environment is made using 360° images, 3D models and floor plans. Information related to facilities is linked to POI points. In virtual mode, information is accessed via POI icons and in production environment via QR and FRID stickers.

TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION

As a product, VALTO360° includes various standard services, such as application production, hosting, maintenance.

The system has a modular architecture. Integrations and installation are done on a case-by-case basis. Information is imported into the application and stored in the customer's own systems.

The installation is delivered either as software as a service (SaaS) or local installation (On-Premises) on the customer's own server.

INFORMATION SECURITY

Data security has been ensured, VALTO is designed to comply with strict data security criteria. DEKRA is certified information security ISO 27001 and the system's servers are located in Finland.
