VIRTUAL OPERATING AND PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT
VALTO 360° is a service solution that we use to virtualize our customers’ operating and production environment. We use 360° panoramic images to create a functional operating environment where the required object information is attached. The 360° visual interface provides a realistic view of the customer's premises.
OBJECT INFORMATION AND REPORTING
Information related to the objects has been added to the virtual views, such as memos, pictures, measurement results, video, etc. Through the service, users can report object data directly from the field with mobile devices. QR code labels attached to the service solution identify items in the operational and production environment.
Information and space management
VALTO 360° is suitable for many different operating environments. It is a functional service solution for spaces with device and object information that requires attention and consideration. VALTO 360° gathers and focuses up-to-date information to the exact point of interest you want.
Initially, the customer's operating and production environment is virtualized by capturing it with a 360° camera. The environment is transformed into a map of the area, where the locations of the 360° images and objects are marked. This data is used to build a visual interface and the necessary information systems are connected to it. When needed, VALTO sends and receives messages related to the object, such as sensor information, alarms and schedule reminders. In the physical space of the customer, the virtual POIs are marked with QR code labels.
Our customers can create their own user groups and views in the service, which enables the provision of services to different personnel groups according to their tasks and needs. The customer can also add views and functions to the service to meet the needs of their customers, subcontractors, partners and authorities.
INTEGRATION TO INFORMATION SYSTEM
The service solution can be integrated into user-selected systems, whereby the information and reporting points directly discuss with the customer's own document management and reporting system.
SERVICE MODEL AND CONTRACT
We implement the service as either a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud service or an On-Premise solution in the customer's network.
The VALTO 360⁰ Service Agreement (12 or 36 months) covers the services related to setting up the service, license, user and integration software licenses, implementation, maintenance and customer support.
