What is VALTO 360°?

VALTO 360°is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The platform provides visual oversight of customer plants, buildings, assets and equipment with easy and efficient management of large-scale Material Testing & Inspections (MTI) and Industrial & Construction Inspections (ICI).

What value VALTO 360°provides to my customers?

VALTO 360°expedite inspection processes significantly with unrivalled document management. VALTO 360°provides visual oversight of customer plants, buildings, assets, equipment etc.

The visual oversight comprises customer specific navigation map e.g. factory layout with 3D photos, creating a virtual view and access to the customer environment.
In the virtual environment, customer specific Points of Interests (POI) can be added e.g. locations of MTI objects, safety equipment, evacuation routes etc.
Points of Interests can be linked to the customer documents for easy access to relevant documentation e.g. inspection reports, instructions, guidelines, manuals etc.

Can I use VALTO 360°as an inspection reporting tool?

No. Current version of VALTO 360°does not support reporting of inspection results. The objective of VALTO 360°is NOT to replace the current tools regarding official inspection reports.

The current version of VALTO 360°provides simple reporting tools for measurements that do not require official inspections reports e.g. thickness, digital radiography, temperatures etc.

In addition, simple alerts can be added related to the measurements.

Will VALTO 360°improve quality of inspection results?

No. Current version of VALTO 360°does not include any validity checks of the inspection results but the quality of inspection project management, planning, preparations, training, co-ordination of services and vendors will improve significantly.

Will VALTO 360°improve quality of inspection reports?

No. The objective of VALTO 360°is NOT to replace the current tools regarding official inspection reports.

Will VALTO 360°provide faster process of taking measurements on site?

No. Current version of VALTO 360°does not support taking measurements. All measurements need to be carried out with relevant inspection devices, materials, methods and processes.

Will VALTO 360°expedite inspection processes?

Yes. Significantly. Approximately 40% of the time on inspection site is spent on finding locations of objects. With VALTO 360°customer workforce, inspectors, officials, vendors and other relevant interest groups will find locations and objects fast anreliable.

Also, all relevant documentation e.g. inspection reports, instructions, guidelines, manuals etc. can be find immediately withoutany delay for any Point of Interest (POI).
In addition, VALTO 360°can be used for planning, scheduling, preparations, training and co-ordination of services and vendors.

Will VALTO 360°improve the reliability of inspection documentation?

No. The measurements and related reports are done separately from VALTO 360°. VALTO 360°provides only easy and fast access to inspection documentation.

Will VALTO 360°improve the traceability of inspection documentation?

Yes. Significantly. In the virtual environment, all Point of Interests (POI) can be linked to customers documents. VALTO 360°users have immediate access to all relevant documentation e.g. inspection reports, instructions, guidelines, manuals etc.

How many VALTO 360°customers DEKRA currently has?
